Balsamic Champagne Vinaigrette

from Minor's

A sweet champagne infused balsamic vinegar dressing prepared with Minor’s® Roasted Garlic Flavor Concentrate. Serve over mixed greens.

Mix until well blended. Yields 1 qt (16 servings):

• 12 oz Olive oil
• 12 oz Vegetable oil
• 2 oz Balsamic vinegar
• 8 oz Champagne
• 1/2 oz Minor’s Roasted Garlic Flavor Concentrate (Gluten Free)
• 2 oz Shallots small diced or red onions
• 2 tbsp Mustard, whole grain
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Black pepper, coarse ground
• 2 oz Chives, fresh chopped (optional)
